Pole Tents
Our tents are available in 2 configurations -20' x 20' or 20' x 30'.
These tents have centre poles. When we set up on pavement we use water barrels and on grassy areas or gravel we can use tent pegs for support, however locates will be required. Tents are set up and taken down by Rotarians.
Pricing/Day. 20x20: $330. 20x30: $440
Tables & Chairs
We have 1 Small Trailer. It has 10 - 8' tables & 100 chairs.
The trailer will be delivered and picked up by Rotarians.
Pricing Per Day. Small Trailer: $275
Tables & Chairs
We have 2 of these Large Trailers. Each has 15 - 8' tables & 150 chairs.
The trailers will be delivered and picked up by Rotarians.
Pricing/day. Large Trailer: $330
Folding Chairs
We have 21 card table style folding chairs.
These chairs must be picked up and returned by the renter.
Pricing/day. $2 per chair with minimum daily charge of $20.
