Rentals
Over the years, T-C Rotary has accumulated a number of assets in order, specifically, to operate the Chili Cookoff, but also to help with many other events.
In particular, we have a number of "pole tents" and several trailers with tables and chairs.
During the warm months of the year, we offer these items for rent in the local area.
Not only that, but the tents will be erected on your site (AND taken down again...) by a happy crew of charming Rotarians!! Where can you get a deal like that??

Pole tents
Our tents are available in 2 configurations -- 20' x 20' or 20' x 40'. Note that they have poles down the middle inside.
Tents erected and taken down by Rotarians.
Cost: 20x20 = $275 20x40 = $325
Table & Chair Trailer
We have 2 trailers like the one shown. They hold 15 tables (8') and 150 chairs.
The trailer will be delivered and picked up by a Rotarian.
Cost: $250 (plus delivery)
Small table & chair trailer
This small trailer holds 10 tables (8') & 100 chairs.
Cost: $200 (plus delivery)
